We ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Europe (including Austria, Belgium, Czechia, and 13 more countries), and Rest of World destinations (including Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, and 7 more countries). Delivery options, times, and costs vary by region and are shown at checkout.

Following recent changes to US customs rules, all parcels entering the United States are now subject to import duties and taxes, regardless of value. The previous $800 de minimis exemption no longer applies.

To keep delivery smooth, we ship all US orders via Royal Mail International using the Postal Delivery Duty Paid (PDDP) service. This means duties, taxes, and handling fees are calculated and collected at checkout. The price you pay is the final, all-in price — you will not be asked for any additional payment by US Customs or the carrier on arrival.

For PDDP (Postal Delivery Duty Paid) to work, US Customs requires a valid email address and mobile phone number for the recipient. Please make sure both are entered correctly at checkout — without them, your parcel cannot be cleared through customs and will be delayed or returned.

Where an order is sent as a personal gift from one individual to another and the total contents value is $100 USD or less, US Customs may allow the parcel to clear duty-free. If you'd like us to prepare a shipment under the gift exemption, please email us at support@drtbodywear.com before placing your order.

US orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and typically arrive within 5–8 business days once dispatched. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and we aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days of purchase.

For orders shipped to destinations outside the UK and US, customers remain responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applied by their country's regulations. These charges are not included in the checkout price and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority on delivery.

Our collections are crafted from premium fabrics such as ultra-soft modal, ribbed cotton, and breathable microfibre — designed for comfort and durability.

We recommend machine washing cold with similar colours and avoiding tumble drying to preserve fabric quality and fit.

Our fabrics are tested for long-lasting colour, but washing in cold water and air-drying will keep them vibrant longer.

Returns cost £2.95. When your return is approved, we'll email you a pre-paid return label. Simply print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest post office. The £2.95 label cost will be deducted from your refund.

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on underwear that is unworn, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items must be in resaleable condition. Any underwear that has been opened or worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start a return:

1. Visit account.drtbodywear.com and log in to view your order and return options
2. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a pre-paid return label
3. Print the label and attach it securely to your package
4. Drop off your package at your nearest post office

Our return label costs £2.95, which will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 1 to 3 working days. Items sent back without prior approval or without our return label will not be accepted.

We only offer exchanges if your item arrives damaged or was incorrectly dispatched. In these cases, contact us at shop@drtbodywear.com and we'll arrange a free replacement.

For all other returns, we'll issue a refund once we receive your item. If you'd like a different size or style, simply place a new order.
