Our collections are crafted from premium fabrics such as ultra-soft modal, ribbed cotton, and breathable microfibre — designed for comfort and durability.

We recommend machine washing cold with similar colours and avoiding tumble drying to preserve fabric quality and fit.

Our fabrics are tested for long-lasting colour, but washing in cold water and air-drying will keep them vibrant longer.

Returns are not free. You are responsible for the cost of posting your return to us. We recommend using registered post so you can track your package. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit, so please keep your proof of postage.

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on underwear that is unworn, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Any underwear that has been opened or worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start a return:

3. Pack your items securely with the return slip (included in your email) or write your order number on the package

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 1 to 3 working days. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
