Shipping & Returns

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from our London warehouse. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We want you to love your DRT Bodywear. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

Return conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be in original packaging
• For hygiene reasons, underwear that has been opened or worn cannot be returned

To start a return:

1. Visit account.drtbodywear.com and log in to view your order
2. Select the items you wish to return and submit your request
3. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions via email
4. Pack items securely and post to: DRT Bodywear, Gilla House, 53 Arlington Road, Ealing, W13 8PF
5. Once received, refunds are processed within 1-3 working days

We recommend using registered post so you can track your return. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.

Need a different size? We offer exchanges on all eligible items. Visit account.drtbodywear.com and select the exchange option when processing your return.

Once your exchange is approved and we receive your items, we'll dispatch your new size within 1-3 working days.
